VIRTUAL SESSION

*Please note that in some circumstances, when capacity is in question, we may not be able to provide all services remotely.

Whether for yourself or your aging parents, at Legally Remote, PLLC, we can help you plan for the financial, medical, and legal challenges that come with growing older.

Long-Term Care Planning is focused on the prediction of and preparation for medical needs with advancing age. Legally Remote, PLLC assists clients in attaining the desired degree and comfort of care, but more specifically, we help them prepare for the costs of such medical care.

We help clients structure their financial resources and prepare documentation to ensure the greatest possibility of being accepted into the Medicaid program.

We create trusts, manage asset transfers, and convert countable assets into exempt assets to ensure eligibility and preserve a family’s resources.

Elder Care Asset Protection Planning (a/k/a Medicaid Planning) is the implementation of planning strategies designed to achieve eligibility for certain need–based government programs including certain Medicaid and Veteran’s Benefits as appropriate. Legally Remote, PLLC helps clients to legally and ethically obtain government benefits instead of having to spend down their assets to impoverishment in order to receive financial assistance for home care, assisted living and nursing home care. Our clients are able to keep their hard earned assets while accessing the benefits required for them to receive the care they need.

Our Florida elder law attorney can help you develop a comprehensive plan to ensure your wishes and preferences are honored in the future, along with protecting you and your assets if you become incapacitated and require assisted-living or nursing-home care.
